Little Bears Day Nursery and Pre-School

OFSTED registered for 30 children from 3 months of age up to 5 years.  Our setting is the original Simpson Farmhouse that has been perfectly adapted to create an environment both inside and outside offering your child the most homely and stimulating environment in which to learn and grow. 

A happy and loving atmosphere where children are provided with the attention and encouragement that they need to allow them to develop their true potential.  Your children will be safe, cared for and guided in an efficient, well managed and maintained manner.

  • Day care and pre-school for babies and children aged 3 months to 5 years
  • Open between 07.30am - 18.00pm - Monday-Friday 51 weeks of the year
  • Mature and very experienced onsite and hands on management team
  • High ratio of qualified staff with all children being assigned a key person
  • 5* Food Hygiene rating from Environmental Health
  • Members of NDNA
  • Free entitlement for all 3 & 4 year old children - up to 15 hours free sessions a week available
  • Registered with OFSTED
  • Foundation Stage Curriculum from 0-5 years (EYFS)
  • Set in large secure grounds with a separate baby garden, play bark area, separate EYFS garden with an allotment.
  • Two large play patios with an all weather shelter for all weather play.
  • On-site hairdresser that visits us twice a term
  • Extra-curriculum music provider who visit us weekly providing learning through music and action
